Copyright

All designs, images and artwork on this website are protected by copyright and are the sole property of Kind Regards Calligraphy unless otherwise noted. This includes designs, images and artworks used during the proofing process. Under no circumstances may images be used for personal use, or be used to repurpose, copied or edited without express written permission from the creator. We retain the right to post your stationery or calligraphy products on our website and social media.

Privacy

The personal information provided on our website (contact form) will only be used to communicate with you and to fulfill your order. We will never share your information to any third party.

Variance

Due to the handwritten nature, please note there may be slight letterform, script and placement variances throughout. We aim to represent the colors shown on our website as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the printed color shown on our website accurately reflect what is printed as the screen color. The variance in color can be attribute to computer system, monitor color and paper color.

Our hand addressed envelopes will vary depending on the name, street names, city and state/province length.

Our handmade paper are made by hand and can vary in color, weight, texture and size. Therefore all handmade paper may not lie perfectly flat.

Pricing and Payments

All pricing is in Canadian Dollars and do not include postage costs. All costs are subject to change without further notice. Rush charges are subject to the scope of the project and start at a minimum of an additional 30% of the total cost.

Availability

We cannot guarantee your chosen color envelope, paper colors/type or embellishments displayed on our website will be available. Availability is subject to our supplier. We will inform you if the product selected is unavailable and will offer an alternate of similar or above quality.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the handwritten nature of calligraphy and our products we are unable to offer refunds, returns or cancellations.

Should a error is made on our part, we will reprint or provide a credit. If there is an error with the wording or design approved by the client, the cost of reprinting become the responsibility of the client.
